Owner of the hotel extremely Rude

Yes, the owner of the hotel handles the front office. He is short-tempered and extremely rude. There was another FOE, who was better. But most of the times you will have to deal with the owner. They will keep your ID (Aadhaar etc) with them till you vacate the rooms. If you ask to return it, the owner would start shouting and humiliating you. In our case we made full payment in advance, still faced the same. Room service was pathetic to say the least. We requested for drinking water, but nobody bothered to provide. Only 2 boys ( 1 boy in a shift) manage room services. After placing an order for food , we waited for one and half hours. Nobody delivered. When we asked them to cancel it , the owner started shouting . We were compelled to go out for food . Stairs are extremely narrow. Not at all suitable for Sr citizens. If one takes the stairs with luggage, God forbid, he may meet an accident. Room AC power switch is not there in the rooms. The manager can only switch it on from front office. In our case he simply switched off the AC while we were very much in the rooms. If someone requests then only he may turn it on again.

I have booked deluxe AC room from cleartrip but the hotel stuff has provided me standard AC room which is very small in size..... don't choose this hotel for your vacation. Bathroom is small and dirty also

Lovely hotel. It has a great combination of a peaceful ambience and only a three mins walk to the sea. Service is also good and especially to mention the food tastes like home. It;s equally hygiene and delicious at the same time

Sneha Maya Hotel is located 3 km away from Digha Sea Beach and Digha Railway Station is 1 km from this hotel. The rooms are clean. Each room has an bathroom with hotcold running water facility and toiletries. The hotel staffs are good too.

This hotel is not at all up to the standard in comparison with Rate Vs Standard. The Room over all in in very bad position. Not Cleaned properly, hence those are not good for living. I never recommend this hotel to my friends any more. I suggest you also to exclude this hotel from your booking list.
